STW120 Brake Plate

 Bairan Brake plate / Flame disc for Waste Oil Burner STW120P / STW 120 . This disc is used to create a vortex for the atomised fuel in a uniform circular manner. It should be kept clean so the airflow from fan air can rotate evenly. If the circular motion is not uniform it can cause the burner to cut out. The reason for this is the PE Cell / Magic Eye does not see a good circular flame and so thinks the flame has extinguished and cuts the burner out.
